Hey everyone. I just made this dish and it turned out delicious!
I used curry and parmesan in one dish which is crazy but tasty. Anyway I don’t
have an oven right now so I’ll always rely on Happy Call pan to cook and bake.

Ingredients:
- Toothpick
For the marinade:
- ½ kg squid
- 1 onion
- ½ tablespoon curry powder
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- Mixed spices
- Pepper
- Salt
For the fillings:
- 2 medium sized potatoes
- 2 tablespoon milk/ cream
- 1 ½ tablespoon parmesan
- 1 teaspoon butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Direction:
- First, grind onion, mixed spices and garlic.
- Then, marinade the squid with all the ingredients for at least ½ an hour.
- For the fillings, boil the potatoes until soft and mash it.
- Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
- After done marinating, stuff the fillings into the squid. Don’t fill in toO much in one squid. Leave some space for the fillings to expand. Seal the stuffing with a toothpick.
- I use Happy Call Pan so it will take 10 min to cook in slow fire. You can use oven as well.
